Technical Support
1) If you are having a problem with
a product purchased from us, PLEASE enter your question in the Support
Forum. If you do not receive any replies to any questions you post
in the forum, then please send us a message us through our
Contact Us form,
with ALL of the following information :
- Your Order Confirmation number.
This is the number assigned to you by our shopping cart
immediately after you place your order.
- the date
you placed your order (if you remember)
- the Billing name on the Invoice
(this is where we sometimes get confused when customers give us
a different name from the name used when the purchase was made)
- a very detailed description of
your problem. For example, if your received a memory
module that is too long, please tell us so, instead of just
telling us that "it doesn't fit", or "it's not
correct", etc. The more information you provide, the
faster and easier we can help you.

Finally, because of email from customers
who ask for help for products not purchased from us, plus all kinds of
spam mail,
PLEASE make sure to reference your Order number in the
SUBJECT LINE. Remember,
providing the order number in the body of your email helps, but only if
we open and read your message, but we will not open and read your
message if the Order number is not included in the subject line.
We simply scan all the
incoming mail by subject, and any mail that does not reference an Order number is
automatically deleted without being opened and read.
Please note that we have hundreds and hundreds of customers to help, and
it seems that everyone else is going on a trip somewhere and needs help
yesterday. Kindly allow at
least 48 business hours for us to respond to your mail. Again, the more information you can provide, the faster
we can get back to you. Please do not send your mail more than once.
All mail is handled on a First-Come First-Served basis, regardless of the
reason given to us. It is the only way to be fair to all of our
customers. It does not make a difference if you send your mail
once or a hundred times, since we simply delete all duplicate mail
without bothering to open or read it.
2) We do not provide any support services for products not purchased from
us. If you are having a problem with a product not purchased
from us, please send your email to the company that you purchased the
product from. We cannot help you. If you are looking for
information on a product that we sell but have not yet purchased from
us, please send us a message through our
Contact Us form.
3) We do not supply software
drivers. You should get this from
your equipment manufacturer. We cannot help you with this problem.
