Shipping Rates
/ Shipping Time
How much do you charge for
shipping? To get the actual shipping
rates that you will be charged, you must actually start the order
process. Immediately after entering your credit card, billing, and
shipping information, you will see the various shipping options from
which you can choose. At that point, you can choose from all the
shipping methods available for your destination (we offer UPS and U.S.
Postal Service shipping methods to every destination in the world).
If, at that point, you find the shipping rates too high, you can then
simply logout and not
continue with the order.
We add a
small handling fee for all orders being shipped via the U.S. Postal
Service, which means all orders that either ship to a country outside the
USA and Canada, or all orders where the credit card being used was issued outside the
USA or Canada, even if the destination is actually an address in the USA
or Canada.
Very Important: The
method of shipment you choose does not necessarily mean that you will receive the product
within the number of days specified by UPS. For example, if you place your order on
January 2, and you choose Blue Label 2nd Day Air as the method of shipment, it is very
possible that you WILL NOT receive the package on January 4. We count the number of days
from the day we actually ship your package, and not from the day you place your order.
Even if we state that the product is in stock, we have no control over how many people
might be purchasing the same product while you are browsing our online catalog. We also
have no control over which of our warehouses or distribution points might have stock of
the product you are ordering. This is especially important to note if you are ordering two
or more different items. For example, you are ordering a battery pack and a memory module.
Assume, for example, that Warehouse A has the memory module in stock but not the battery
pack, and that Warehouse B has the battery pack in stock but not the memory module. If we
ask both warehouses to ship directly to you, your shipping charges would double. So to
avoid that from happening, we have to ask both Warehouse A and Warehouse B to ship to one
central location, from which your entire order will be shipped. This way, there will be
only one shipping fee charged to your order. So if you must receive the product(s) by a
certain date, please state so in the Comments field in the online order form. If we
do not think that the product(s) will get to you by that date, then we will advise you
before we process your order. Also, please state if you are willing to accept partial
shipments. If you do not state so in the Comments field, we will presume that your order
is NOT urgent, and that you do not want to receive partial shipments. If at all possible,
and to avoid any problems, try to allow a week for delivery, even if you choose 2nd Day
Air or faster.
Based on our past experience, most shipments by U.S.
Global Express Mail to
countries outside the United States usually take anywhere from 2 to 5 days to arrive at
their country of destination. How long it takes to arrive at your
exact shipping address depends on the your Customs officials and your
local postal services.
PLEASE
REMEMBER that our responsibility ceases as soon as we are able to provide
you with proof of shipment. It is YOUR responsibility to ensure that
your Customs officials release the package to you and we will not be held
responsible if your Customs officials refuse to release the package to you
for any reason whatsoever.
Also, please
remember that if you are outside the United States, you are ultimately responsible for all
customs duties and taxes imposed by your government authorities. You must check with your
local government to find out what the taxes and duties will be.
