More Frequently Asked Questions and Answers : I am looking for various upgrades for my computer, but my specific computer (or model) is not listed on your website. What should I do? You should fill up our Upgrade Identification Form online. You list my brand and model of computer in your website, but when I click on it an error comes up. Does that mean that you don't sell any upgrades for my computer? No, it doesn't mean that at all. What it means is that somewhere in our database there is a slight problem, such as wrong spelling, etc., which will result in this error message you are getting. Let us know so we can fix the problem immediately. Do your prices include taxes and customs duties? No. You are responsible for all taxes and customs duties imposed on your purchase by your local government authorities. I live in another country. How much taxes and customs duties will I pay for the shipment? We really don't know, since. each country has different laws and regulations. Please check with your local government authorities. If I find a price lower than yours, will you match it? If you are thinking of placing an order for a very large quantity, we will consider it. But if you are thinking of buying just one or two modules, then NO we will not match a lower price since we believe that our prices are extremely competitive, and are probably already the lowest you will find in most cases anyway. How about a lower price on non-memory products? Maybe. We can't tell until we know which product you intend to buy. Do you offer price protection in the sense that if the price goes down soon after I place my order, will you give me a rebate for the price difference? No. Unfortunately, our business is such that we cannot offer price protection. Prices in our industry change too much and too often, sometimes several times a day, that we are unable to offer such price protection. What we suggest is that you do your price shopping BEFORE placing an order with us, or anyone else for that matter.
