Battery Packs
15-Day Money-Back Guarantee, with just a $25.00 Re-Stocking Fee if returned within 15 Days from Invoice date (not from date of receipt). Absolutely no refunds after 15 Days except as stated below.
3klix.com warrants its laptop battery packs to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use as follows:
(1) During the first ninety (90) days from date of purchase 3klix.com will repair or replace any defective battery pack.
(2) After ninety (90) days and up to one year from date of purchase, 3klix.com will issue a credit toward the replacement of the battery pack with a new unit. The credit will be equal to the original purchase price prorated with a fraction whose denominator is 12 and whose numerator is 12 minus the number of months since the date of purchase. (For example, the credit for a battery purchased 9 months ago will be 3/12s of the price of the original battery). A fraction of a month is considered a full month.
Battery cell capacity degradation due to excessive use is not covered by warranty.
(3) This warranty is not valid if any label is removed or if the battery pack has been modified, improperly charged, improperly installed, neglected, overcharged or misused in any way.
(4) All requests for warranty returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase and be made via an RMA provided by 3klix.com
